The ContentDrips MCP server is a Model Context Protocol server that gives AI agents like Claude and Cursor direct access to your ContentDrips design and publishing workflow. Instead of switching between apps, you describe what you want in plain English and the AI handles the rest.
The MCP server URL is https://mcp.contentdrips.com/mcp. You will also need an API key from your ContentDrips dashboard to authenticate.
ContentDrips MCP works with Claude Web (claude.ai), Claude Code (CLI), Cursor (IDE), and any other MCP-compatible client that supports HTTP + SSE transport, which is the standard MCP protocol.
Log in to your ContentDrips account at app.contentdrips.com and navigate to Settings → API to generate your API key. This key is used in the Authorization: Bearer header when configuring your MCP client.

Yes. Once your social accounts are connected in your ContentDrips dashboard, the publish_post and schedule_post tools can post directly to LinkedIn and Instagram from within your AI conversation.
Yes. The schedule_post tool accepts a datetime string and converts it to UTC for scheduling, so you can specify times in your local timezone and ContentDrips handles the conversion.
ContentDrips renders designs to PNG by default, which is optimal for social media. PDF export is also available for multi-slide carousels. Both formats are returned as download URLs you can attach to posts.
